Kaeden's 1st Birthday
Kaeden's birthday is actually tomorrow but on February 20th we had a birthday party for him with family and friends. Danny relieved me from making the cake (because it usually makes me unnecessarily stressed) and he did a wonderful job, he may be making all the cakes from now on. The day of his party Kaeden started walking more than 2 steps, he walked from one side of our living room to the other side and was extremely proud of himself!! I am very excited to have 2 toddlers now.
Aunty Becky made this blanket for Kaeden, it is so nice and warm that I think 3 people had slept under it before Kaeden took it to bed with him that night!! Good job Becky.

I have a very similar picture of Raeanne doing this and smiling at me when I was in the hospital after having Kaeden, she was about the same age as he is now!!

Raeanne's 2nd Birthday
On January 14th we celebrated Raeanne's 2nd birthday, she helped mommy make her birthday cake, went sledding with Daddy in the back yard and opened gifts & cards that were sent in the mail. On the following Saturday we had a birthday party with family and friends, her Aunty Nessa decorated her cupcakes for her and I didn't get any good pictures but they were really cute, teddy gram bears sunbathing under umbrellas! Raeanne is growing up very quickly, she is saying more and more words, and she loves her babies. She changes their diapers and wraps up the diapers and puts them in the garbage just like mommy, she breast feeds her babies, takes them to bed with her and makes sure they are all tucked in and now that we have been teaching Kaeden how to walk she is also teaching her babies how to walk, but none of them have figured it out yet!!!
She's a natural....can't wait until she can do this by herself!!
Just before this picture she put the candle out with her finger, it just looked really interesting and she quickly stuck her finger right on the flame!!
Raeanne loves it when Daddy pulls her on the sled in the snow, she wasn't very happy when she had to come inside.
